New luxury apartments proposed for The Market Common

A developer is planning a luxury apartment complex on Meyers Avenue, near Farrow Parkway and The Market Common.  The $23 million project called The Lively has been presented to the Community Appearance Board for conceptual review.  See the attached concept drawing.  Final review will come at a later date.

The project will have four buildings, four stories tall, plus four carriage house buildings and an amenities center with pool.  The complex features approximately 300 units, ranging in size from studios to three bedroom apartments.

Access to the apartments will be off Meyers Avenue, and the layout preserves protected wetland areas.  The site is across the street from the current soccer fields and has been zoned for multifamily use for a dozen years.
